These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of DoubtBin, a platform operated by Spearhead Eduventures LLP (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). They constitute a binding legal agreement between you and the Company and apply to all individuals using our services, including learners, instructors, trainers, interns, staff, and visitors. By accessing or using doubtbin.com, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms in full.

1) Acceptance of Terms

By using DoubtBin, you agree to abide by these Terms and any additional policies referenced or published on our site, including our Privacy Policy. If you are using the platform on behalf of a company, institution, or other entity, you represent that you are authorized to bind that entity to these Terms. That entity agrees to indemnify Spearhead Eduventures LLP against any violations of these Terms by you or other users acting on its behalf.

If you cannot agree to these Terms, you must not access or use our services.

2) Overview of Services

DoubtBin provides a broad range of online learning and training services, including:

• Self-paced and instructor-led online courses;
• Webinars, workshops, and live training sessions;
• Internship and project-based learning programs;
• Community interaction and peer-to-peer support features;
• Certification of course completion, issued under the name and stamp of Spearhead Eduventures LLP.

These Terms apply exclusively to your use of our website and services and do not override any other agreements you may have entered into with Spearhead Eduventures LLP or its affiliates.

3) Eligibility and Minimum Age

Our services are intended for users who are at least 15 years of age. Users under the legal age of consent in their jurisdiction may require the consent of a parent or guardian. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you meet the age requirements. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13 years old. If we discover that such information has been collected, it will be deleted promptly.

4) Accounts, Access, and Security

To access certain features, including courses and community interactions, you may be required to create an account. You are solely responsible for:

• Providing accurate and up-to-date information during registration;
• Maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password;
• All activities conducted under your account, whether authorized or unauthorized.

Account sharing, multiple concurrent logins by a single user, or allowing third-party access to your account is strictly prohibited. If we believe your account has been compromised, we may suspend or terminate access until security is restored.

5) Acceptable Use and Community Conduct

You agree to use DoubtBin lawfully, responsibly, and respectfully. You must not:

• Upload or distribute content that is unlawful, offensive, defamatory, infringing, or harmful;
• Harass, abuse, or threaten instructors, staff, or other learners;
• Use the platform to transmit spam, malware, or unauthorized advertising;
• Interfere with platform security or disrupt services.

We reserve the right to remove inappropriate content, suspend or terminate accounts for misconduct, and deny refunds for suspensions resulting from violations. In severe cases, we may pursue legal remedies.

6) Links to Third-Party Websites

Our site may contain outbound links to third-party websites for convenience or advertising purposes. These sites are not under our control, and we do not endorse or assume responsibility for their content, policies, or practices. Accessing third-party websites via such links is at your own risk. You should review their terms and privacy policies before use.

7) Terms for Instructors, Trainers, and Content Creators

Instructors and training partners play an integral role in DoubtBin. By contributing content, you agree to the following:

• All content created specifically for DoubtBin, when commissioned or developed in partnership with us, is the exclusive property of Spearhead Eduventures LLP.
• If you independently upload content to our platform, you retain ownership but grant us a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, distribute, market, and promote such content on DoubtBin and associated brands of Spearhead Eduventures LLP.
• You may not resell, reproduce, or distribute course materials created for DoubtBin without prior written consent.
• Courses or topics once started must be completed as agreed. Incomplete delivery may result in non-payment and potential legal action.
• If recordings require re-submission due to poor quality or errors, re-recording is mandatory. Compensation for re-recorded sessions may be limited.

8) Terms for Students and Interns

Learners, students, and interns agree to:

• Maintain one account per person; account sharing is prohibited;
• Respond to communications (email, WhatsApp, or calls) within 72 hours when related to enrollment or participation; non-response may be treated as “opting out”;
• Complete installment payments on time for part-payment enrollments; failure to pay may void prior payments;
• Meet minimum performance requirements (e.g., at least 45% in final assessments) to qualify for certification;
• Not misuse unique coupon codes by reselling or sharing them, as this may lead to account suspension and legal consequences.

Where live sessions are pre-recorded to ensure technical quality, this does not affect the validity of participation or certification.

9) Subscriptions, Billing, and Payments

Some services are offered under subscription models via WooCommerce or other billing systems. By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges until you cancel via your account dashboard. Unless otherwise stated, cancellations take effect from the next billing cycle and are not eligible for pro-rata refunds. Payments are processed by third-party gateways (including PayU, PhonePe, and others); we are not liable for delays, errors, or outages caused by these providers.

10) Courses and Content Usage

Upon successful payment, learners receive a limited, personal, non-transferable license to access purchased courses and materials. Downloaded or streamed content is for personal educational use only and must not be copied, resold, or distributed without permission. Unauthorized use may result in immediate account termination without refund and potential legal action.

11) Cancellations and Refunds

This Cancellation and Refund Policy sets out the terms under which you may cancel an enrollment or request a refund for services purchased through DoubtBin. Please review it carefully before making a purchase:

• Cancellation Window: Cancellation requests may be requested within 48 hours of enrollment, provided that course access (such as recordings, live sessions, or downloadable content) has not already been started.
• Non-Refundable Charges: Certain charges will not be refunded under any circumstances, including (i) one-time registration fees/ charges, which are applied to reserve your seat and secure your enrollment, (ii) payment gateway or transaction processing fees, and (iii) administrative or service charges applied at the time of enrollment. These amounts are used to cover fixed processing and operational costs.
• Course and Internship Fees: Refunds are considered only in the following situations: (i) a verified and substantial deviation from the published core curriculum and the delivered content, such that the overall learning objectives of the program cannot reasonably be met; or (ii) a confirmed platform-side technical fault that prevents course access for more than 72 hours despite following our troubleshooting guidance.
• Personal Reasons: Cancellations or refunds cannot be granted when opting out for personal reasons or circumstances. This includes, but is not limited to, loss of interest, change of schedule, travel, exams, device damage, poor internet connectivity, or other individual constraints. While our support team can assist with troubleshooting and flexible access options where possible, such situations do not qualify as grounds for cancellation or refund.
• Workshops, Webinars, and Short-Term Programs: Because these are time-bound services, cancellations and refunds are not available once the session has commenced.
• Financial Aid Enrollments: Programs enrolled under financial aid or scholarship schemes are not eligible for cancellations, refunds, or money-back guarantees. These concessions are extended as special support, and once availed, all payments become final.
• Access Issues: If you encounter broken links, incorrect course assignments, playback errors, or other access-related problems, you must report them to our support team at [email protected] within 7 days of purchase. Verified cases will be resolved either by restoring access or by issuing a refund, at our discretion.
• Money-Back Guarantee (if offered): Some programs may include a money-back guarantee, valid for up to seven (7) days from the date of payment, subject to the specific eligibility criteria provided at the time of enrollment. This is a conditional guarantee, not a blanket refund policy, designed to give you peace of mind while still keeping the process fair.
• Refund Processing: Where a refund is approved, it will be processed and credited back to the original payment method within 7–10 working days.
• Advertisers and Sponsors: Payments made for advertising services, including campaigns, banners, sponsored articles, or promotional placements, are non-refundable once the service has been initiated, published, or otherwise made available.

12) Affiliate Program Terms

These Affiliate Program Terms (“Affiliate Terms”) govern participation in the DoubtBin affiliate program operated by Spearhead Eduventures LLP (“we”, “us”). By enrolling or continuing as an affiliate, you agree to these Affiliate Terms in addition to our Terms of Service.

12.1 Eligibility & Enrollment

• You must have an active account in good standing and provide accurate payment/contact details.
• We may approve, decline, or terminate affiliate accounts at our discretion.

12.2 Tracking & Attribution

• Referral Links: Affiliates receive unique links which set a tracking identifier when a visitor clicks.
• Coupon-less Tracking Enabled: If a customer visits via your referral URL and completes a purchase without applying your coupon, the referral will still be tracked and attributed to you.
• Coupon Tracking: If the customer applies your affiliate coupon at checkout, the order is attributed to you.
• Attribution Window: Clicks are attributed for up to [30] days unless otherwise shown on the affiliate dashboard. The most recent valid referral generally receives credit (last-click), subject to fraud checks.
• Limitations: Private/incognito browsing, ad/script blockers, VPNs, or cross-device journeys may prevent tracking. We are not liable for non-tracked referrals in such cases.

12.3 Commission, Approval & Reversals

• Pending status: Commissions remain “unpaid/pending” until the order clears the refund/chargeback window and passes fraud review.
• Reversals: Cancelled, refunded, disputed, fraudulent, or test orders are non-commissionable and may be reversed at any time.
• Self-Deals: Self-referrals or orders by your own household, company employees, or agents using your link/coupon are not permitted and will be reversed.

12.4 Payouts

• Schedule & Threshold: Approved balances are paid [monthly on the 10th] once you reach a minimum payable of [₹500] (or equivalent). Balances below the threshold roll over.
• Methods: Payments via [UPI / Bank Transfer / PayPal]. Any transfer fees or currency conversion costs may be deducted from your payout.
• Taxes: You are responsible for all taxes, filings, and registrations applicable to your income. We may request KYC or tax details to comply with law.

12.5 Prohibited Conduct

• Trademark/brand bidding or using our trademarks, domains, or misspellings in ads (e.g., “DoubtBin”, “Spearhead Eduventures”, [add restricted keywords]).
• Misleading claims, false endorsements, negative SEO, spam email/SMS/DMs, cookie stuffing, forced clicks, ad hijacking, or injecting coupons without consent.
• Posting unapproved coupons on public coupon sites if marked “private/partner-only”.
• Impersonation, misrepresentation of affiliation, or any activity that violates law or our policies.

12.6 Creative Assets & Brand Use

• We grant a limited, revocable license to use our approved logos/banners solely to promote our programs. Modify creatives only with prior written consent.

12.7 Term, Suspension & Termination

• We may suspend or terminate your participation immediately for policy breaches or suspected abuse. Upon termination, unpaid pending commissions may be forfeited if related to violations.

12.8 Changes

• We may update these Affiliate Terms, commission rates, attribution rules, or payout schedules at any time. Updates take effect upon posting to this page or the affiliate dashboard.

13) Intellectual Property

All content on DoubtBin, including text, graphics, videos, logos, software, and designs, is owned by Spearhead Eduventures LLP or its licensors. Unauthorized copying, modification, or distribution is strictly prohibited. You may use content only for personal learning in accordance with these Terms.

14) Disclaimers

DoubtBin services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We make no warranties regarding uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or specific outcomes such as employment, academic success, or certification. Occasionally, pre-recorded sessions may replace live events to ensure reliability.

15) Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Spearhead Eduventures LLP and its affiliates shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages, or any loss of data, profits, or business, arising from use or inability to use the platform. Our liability, in any case, shall not exceed the fees paid by you for the course or service giving rise to the claim.

16) Amendments to Terms

We reserve the right to update or revise these Terms at any time to reflect legal, regulatory, or operational changes. Updates will be posted with a revised effective date. Continued use of the platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. Users are encouraged to review these Terms periodically.

17) Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in Jamshedpur, Jharkhand, India.
