Between two of the most prestigious degrees in the world of accounts and commerce, It is very difficult to choose which is better.
The CA degree is mostly preferred in India, while ACCA is a world-renowned degree that can get you a job anywhere in the world.
Both courses are fairly similar when it comes to the eligibility factor. even though the CA course is a bit more lenient. The fee structure is also a lot less on the CA course side, especially the exam-related charges.
ACCA has the upper hand when it comes to the result percentages, as the pass percentage of CA course is a lot less when compared to ACCA. Also, the overall course subjects in the CA course are a lot vaster when compared to the ACCA course. As far as time duration is concerned, the duration of the courses can be termed as almost the same.
Since the ACCA course is world-recognized, one can get recruited to any company around the whole world when it comes to practical career aspects. Although The CA course is also world-recognized, it has more traction in India. Therefore, Your Chances of getting a job are more with an ACCA degree when going abroad.
Of course, in our Country, the CA degree will always be preferred and will always have the sole authority to sign any corporate papers.
In India, The ACCA degree does not have this authority. This makes CA professionals earn more than ACCA professionals in India.
the ACCA degree will be more suited to your needs If you’re a student who is planning to work outside of India.
But the CA degree will be the best fit for your role if you’re a student, who is planning to land a good job in India and not abroad.
